DESCRIPTION

 

circa 1920, signed 'Zareh' in the central blossom.  Verticle knot count 35-37, Horizontal, 34-36.  Approximate kpsi 1260.  Another similar example previously owned by the Baltimore Museum of Art was sold as lot 138 on December 5, 1987.

original end finishes fringes, original selvages, small selvage breaks and losses to fringes, slightly dry foundation
