For more unique inquiries with specific buyer criteria regarding
unusual sizes, rare designs, investment quality rugs, etc., we generally refrain
from recommendation of any one or group of seller(s) for a multitude of
reasons. We are, however, able to make note and remit alerts on
potential
matches for very unique inquiries received.*
If you wish to subscribe to such updates (somewhat
infrequent), we can make note of your criteria by receiving your specifications. This is not an
automated service, we are not middlemen: This is a courtesy we offer as we are constantly online browsing hundreds of inventories and auctions each
day. We will only send examples which we believe
may meet your criteria as we happen across matches or have previous knowledge of a potential match.
As the above service is only meant to augment your search (we do not specifically seek out rugs), we recommend you continue your search online. Our only request if
you have found a rug/carpet, let us know so we may remove the inquiry
from our notes.

* If you are unsure of whether or not your rug inquiry is unique, please first check standard rug size chart for rugs, or run it by those on the Rug Forum. If your anticipated lead time for acquiring a rug/carpet is less than a 5 weeks, we do not recommend the search program we offer above. For inquiries of more commonly found rug sizes, newer rugs and general
interest of a rug/carpet online, we highly recommend use of
our Oriental Rug Forum.
The forum is free to register, free to use.
Several of the members of the forum are very well qualified, familiar
with online vendor inventories, and venues such as ebay, LiveAuction
and other.
