based upon images remitted. We make a good faith
effort to evaluate rugs from our expertise based upon images remitted
in addition to information provided.

Condition: At times we may make going assumptions about a
rug/carpet's condition which may or may not be elaborated. Typically,
unless otherwise clarified or noted by the consumer or ourselves, we
assume rugs are free of odor, dry rot, stains, moth damage, reduction
to length or width, significant repairs, sun fade, oxidation,
discrepancy in shape or size, or any other factors which may adversely
affect the value of a carpet.
