Yikes!
Designer Hannes Grebin of Germany has an interesting collection of furniture. Two we spotted were a couch and chair, which as stated on the website, are aimed toward "encouraging the irritating image." Job Well Done! An interesting concept, certainly doesn't appear to be the most comfortable-fitting set, although it is mentioned on the site they are "a pleasant seating." We still think it's awesome in a Stegosaurus kind of way.
The fabric of both couch and chair are said to be inspired by carpet designs, which is further reinforced with the fringe seen at the lower portion of each furnishing. Fabric designs such as this are seen in carpets with heavy European designs, even emulating with a hint of "William Morris" style floral motif and 3rd quarter 20th century Vintage color tones. Similar floral designs may also be found in select third quarter 19th century Kerman Rugs.
