Often when there's a rug on stage with a band, it's found under the drummer. Due in part to the set needing traction to grab hold of, when it's got a pattern, I like to think that adds a little more character. As a on-and-off again drummer, I sometimes find myself checking out local music stores and retailers to see the new sets or pick up some drum sticks.
Just last week I stopped into Guitar Center in Larchmont NY to grab some pro-mark drum sticks. On the way toward the back, I caught a quick glimpse at this machine made area rug by the amplifiers.
Somewhere around the size of 5'x7', a synthetic carpet similar to the one seen below can be found in the $100 range, and provide some great years of fun, enjoyment and of course, style.
