DOMOTEX is a Trade expo held annually for those in the rug business to see what's new and hot.  The image seen below is a Gigantic Persian nain, which was on exhibit at the show.  This massive carpet measures approximately 65' x 65', or 4,225 square feet!  That's pretty astounding.  Not quite as big as the largest Oriental Rug ever made, but nothing short of impressive: Considering the average size oriental rug measures 6'x9', and ordinarily are not commonly found in widths exceeding 12', this is quite an unsual carpet.

The Carpet is said to have taken six years to make, and according to our calculations, the carpet has more than 2 billion knots.
