Below is a clip from the video at the bottom of this page at 00:47. While the song "Our House" has no mention of oriental rugs or Persian Carpets, it's clear that the group is somewhat fond of them.
We're not sure exactly when this performance took place, but what we can tell you is the type of rug that's seen on the floor. The design is probably best attributed as a Kerman Design. One very specific feature which is common to many Kerman Rugs from the 20th century (not all), is a border which often rounds off the field such as the one seen below. Looks like they had folded the rug over itself as the fringe can be seen too.
Depending on the nature of the rug, Machine made Kerman design rugs similar to this could be had for a very low investment, perhaps as low as $500 for a new 9x12 synthetic. If you go with a wool machine made carpet, you could be looking at upwards of $2,000 or more for a karastan 700 series in 9x12. Hand knotted Kerman designs start used at around $200 for lower grades, and can reach upwards of $16,000 for a mint condition vintage piece with knot count around 225 KPSI.
