Seen below is one of many cool design ideas which won top 10 2008 Ample Sample Awards. The product design is that of a Pet House, created by Helder L. Below: Carpet Sqr'd Chair won The People's Choice Award, which tied with The Green Screen. Carpet Sqr'd Chair was designed by Azara Design Lab, Rahman Polk & Niti Desai. Awesome design, but it would have been really cool had they created an ottoman from the scraps cut out to make this chair. Tools: Drill & X-Acto Knife. Materials: 60 Carpet Tiles, one sheet of wheat board. (7) 24" Threaded rods, 14 washers, 14 acorn nuts. Download Instructions
Below: The Green Screen won The People's Choice Award, which tied with Carpet Sqr'd as seen above. The Green Screen is a great way to divide up a room, and do so in style. Using upwards of 150 carpet samples, this is a particularly good use of high volume samples. Download Instructions
