For those who are not familiar with ABC Carpet and Home of NYC: ABC has one of the largest retail locations for Oriental Rugs in the New York City area in addition to being the unspoken leader of fetching what would ordinarily be considered "full retail price +" in the Oriental Rug industry.
Loss leader? A fluke? After checking around on other sites (privatized labels aside) ABC had an online price 40% lower across the board for select rugs from the well known importer OBEETEE. So we have to admit, we were somewhat surprised to have found real "bargains" offered by this major retailer for OBEETEE rugs and carpets. It is a buyer's market!
