To the right is "Lana Lobell Farms": Listed on eBay to the tune of $15.9 Million. 13,500 square feet of living space and a total of 13 buildings on the 43 acre property located in Northern New Jersey just 35 miles outside of NYC.
Okay, okay... So we're not real estate agents. But we do know rugs.
Below: Semi-antique kerman vintage 1930. An excellent example in lightly used, original condition could fetch $28,000 + in a 12' x 20'.
Above: (Lower portion of the photograph) antique heriz Design. However, going by colors, this is likely a newer, Indian interpretation of a Heriz design. In the typical 9' x 12' size (new condition) around 56-81 kpsi, this rug could go between $2,000 - $3,000 Retail if circa 1980's vintage as we're guessing. If the colors were bolder with more contrast and dyes were natural, easily more.
Above: A Sarouk design circa second quarter 20th century. Going by the open field and wrapped spandrels, this is likely a coarser grade - Probably a Kazvin variety from Iran. In a 4' x 6' size, in very good condition, these area rugs could probably be had in the vicinity of $350.
